I’ve had no complaints whatsoever. Office gal *I should know her name* is awesome and Ray is totally cool. They are very personable... nothing but super friendly, accommodating and quick from them.
My only complaint would be not being able to access my storage after 7pm. It is an inconvenience to say the least.
The gate hours should be extended to a later time so there’s more availability for customers to access the units after work etc -
