One Body Integrated Training and Therapy

I enjoy playing pickleball and golf and have had some flexibility issues and some pain when I play.
Working with Celio my flexibility has improved and my pain is virtually non- existent.
Celio has done wonders for me.
I am now enjoying all my favorite sports again.

I was referred to Tye after dealing with chronic shoulder pain for years and bouncing around to different specialists with no improvement. In my first appointment, Tye was able to show me how I was carrying myself (literally) was contributing to the chronic pain I had been feeling for so long. Over about 5/6 appointments we worked on correcting my walk, my posture, stretching and going over simple exercises that can help strengthen problem areas. Tye gave me the tools to help myself. When I find myself tightening back up or just experiencing discomfort, I apply what I learned from One Fit Body and immediately feel a difference. After having been to my regular primary, a shoulder specialist (twice!), a neck specialist, an acupuncturist and 3 different chiropractors... I finally got relief for the first time ever after even my very first appointment with Tye! I HIGHLY recommend ☀️

Ty is a skilled professional who targets the issue that will create enhanced mobility, flexibility and most importantly, improvement in physical health. I am impressed with how he can diagnose the source impacting physical limitations, and then systemically and effectively provide treatment and exercises for improvement, and in an efficient manner.

I came in with a knee problem that prevented me from running for about a year and a half. I had tried everything from traditional physical therapy to shockwave therapy. I had been getting regular massages, which seemed to help but I now know it was only treating the symptom. I am an aspiring competitive triathlete and was devastated at the thought of not being able to run anymore. After three sessions with Celio (and doing the exercises he gave me every day outside of sessions with him), my knee issue cleared up and I have been running confidently for the last 4 months. Celio helped me understand what the problem was and why the exercises and gait change would help - and they did. Since then we have worked on my running holistically to not only remain pain free, but to get faster and produce more power. I would recommend Celio to anyone who is experiencing pain in their body.
