COIL Yoga

COIL yoga is where I learned not only to love yoga, but how to properly do each pose that works for my body type. Katie is hands down the best yoga teacher I've ever encountered. While in her classes, she offered gentle guidance on establishing the correct pose, while keeping the class in a conscious flow. Just found out that they have online classes now available, looking forward to attending one of those classes.

My daughter participated in the kids yoga class from home and LOVED it! I highly recommend taking advantage of their virtual classes while these measures are needed!

COIL Yoga is truly the best yoga studio in Fresno. Katie is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and her passion shows in her teaching.

I have know the owner of Coil Yoga, Katie Flinn, for many years. I had no doubt her passion for yoga would show so brightly through her studio. The instructors are terrific, caring, and always willing to help with physical limitations. The studio is always clean and smells nice too!

Such a wonderful space. Stepping into coil is like finding a hidden space of peace and serenity. Everyone made me feel welcome and I was greeted by everyone I encountered. The class itself was challenging but rewarding. I felt great after. I will be making it a goal to visit as often as I can.
