I had the pleasure of using Sarah for not only a wonderful Thai massage but as the coach of a weekly girls work out night all summer. She was incredibly supportive and creative in creating circuit workouts for up to 8 women that could be completed in a double car garage as it rained practically every Tuesday night. Her positive reinforcement and encouragement kept us coming back for more each week!

I have been participating in Strength Training & Coaching here since late 2020 and have absolutely no complaints! Sarah is knowledgeable in her field and works with you to accommodate your needs as well as help you improve in other aspects of your life such as nutrition and accountability. Her studio is private and welcoming and her online resources allow you to get quick workouts in when motivation is low or life is busy. I personally struggle with keeping motivated and staying on track when it comes to working out, and I find that working with Sarah I am able to push through and have been going strong for almost a year! 100% recommend if you are looking for an open, accepting environment where you can focus on your health and fitness.

Words can not describe how amazing my Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy treatment was with Sarah.  I can confidently say that my discomfort decreased immensely after my treatment.  Sarah was knowledgeable and mindfull of my "problem zones" and knew exactly what to do.  Sarah's gentle, yet direct, approach was exactly what my body needed.  The pain relief that I experienced by the end of this treatment was incredible!  Additionally, Sarah's treatment space is extremely relaxing, private, and professional.  I would highly recommend Sarah and her Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy!
