Firemen operateing Engine 16 diffenently went beyond their call of duty After responding to my home for a false alarm. Although there wasnt a fire they needed to put out nor a life threatening emergency they found another issue that could use a bit of help to resolve and decided to tackle it without hesitation. They truely reminded me and my family today of how there is great people in this community. Saveing lives everyday and perhaps never even told thankyou but sometimes the little things are the ones that leave the most impression on the hearts of those effected by them. Like today with the smallest gesture of careing and reaching outside the scope of their job discription Engine 16 has truely managed to touch the lifes of a few kids that were able to experience their kindness first hand and will never forget it! Thankyou Engine 16 you are truely heroes!
