  They know what they’re doing, you keep all of my service records. I have o fear that you are going to say that I need things that I don’t really need, and pricing is not based on some guy that wants to charge whatever he feels like. Peace of mind goes a long way for me.

  From the moment I entered the service area I was greeted and questioned on my specific reason and concerns for my visit. Cody was assigned my "case", and was very thorough and clear. Ken, the shuttle driver, was an unexpected plus and provided a much needed service. All in all, a team effort made my repair needs worry and hassle free. Thanks to all.

  As always Mike's staff is competent and fast. Calvin was very helpful and your finance manager was able to shave 4 points off of the financing. Will definitely recommend your dealership to others.

  Great customer service!! I told Cal what I was looking for, and he quickly found the best fit for me. And Melissa was very accommodating, answered my questions during the test drives. Jim went to work and the paperwork and was done so efficiently.
  Thank you taking care of my vehicle need so professionally, but also in a very relaxed-comfortable way.

  Salesman Travis and Finance manager Jeremy were awesome. Travis was very prompt and thorough in answering all my questions I had pertaining to not only the vehicle, but also the drive from Fairbanks to Anchorage. He went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase during these movement restricted times. Jeremy, knowing the purchase was for my wife as a gift, recommended some stores to obtain a bow and offered some ideas on the reveal. Together the team made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number or sales goal. Truly a great car buying experience and definitely worth the six plus hour drive. I've found my Alaska car buying team.
