I really appreciate the service I get from North Coast. They are always on time and professional. They are a company that I can trust. I've got shady service in the past. Bill is always honest and upfront and Tracy is very friendly when I call. Great company to use for your electrical needs.
I definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs to their electrical system. I had two issues going on with no power in my livingroom and a few outlets that did not work in the kitchen. I had been without those outlets for over a year since the last electrician came out and said my issues was caused by overloading in the garage. Bill came out and not only fixed the livingroom issue but the kitchen as well. Everything was an inside problem. Bill was able to locate both issues and fix within 30 minutes. He truly was an answer to my prayers!
Panic set in as all of our smoke alarms went off this morning at 10AM. My father in law recommended "Bill". I called the number (piercing smoke alarms going off). Tracy answered, and was so sympathetic. She said they would have someone there asap. Within half an hour Bill arrived. We had a bad smoke alarm (they are all over 15 years old). They are hardwired, so all go off if one goes off. He quickly found it, recommended replacing. Had new ones in his truck. I was totally expecting to be overcharged. But they were beyond reasonable. I truly recommend them.
I was referred to North Coast Group by my home warranty insurance company (AHS) to repair an aging Casa Blanca ceiling fan that had stopped working. NCG was quick to respond with an appointment date and time. Bill (the electrician) was at the house exactly at the time specified. The fan is no longer made and replacement parts are nearly impossible to find. Bill tested both the fan and its wall switch and determined that the issue was with the electronics in the fan so he took it to his shop. He returned with the repaired fan twice before we got it to work -- I had ordered and received from eBay a used wall switch that arrived between his 1st and 2nd trips back. Again the repaired fan wouldn't work with the original switch so we tried the newer eBay switch. Voila! It worked. Bill had completely reworked the electronics in the fan at his shop. Then Bill took the time to rework the wall switch box's wiring so the used switch from eBay would slide into it. Throughout this entire process, Bill was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always go back to Bill and North Coast Group for any future wiring needs. Thanks Bill
Very quick to service several things and finds the easiest and most affordable option. The electrical, Bill, is a wizard and can always make what we want happen. He is very trustworthy and has been in the game for a long time. The receptionist, Tracey, always does her best to fit us in too and we really appreciate it. I wouldn’t go with any other electrical contractor in town!
