(September 24, 2020, 6:36 pm)Had a great workout my first time in there was today they have a huge availability to heavy weights as well as equipment i usually go to athletix but for some reason they close from 1230 to 230 which was a hugr inconvenience for me considering the fact that i pay 35 dollara a month there and drive all thr way from Wasco to workout. Grand slam was badass 5 bucks for the day pass and i got a great workout in.

(January 10, 2020, 9:00 pm)Hands down best gym in KC . Heavy weights and cross fit . Pay by the day or get a membership, either way you can't go wrong. This isn't your typical gym, it's a hardcore club.
