Lake Mini Storage

I have been using Lake Mini Storage for a year, next month. From the first day I opened my storage unit, Gloria has been friendly, helpful and an extreme pleasure to do business with. She's pretty much always available, she answers any questions or concerns professionally and in a very timely manner. My husband's job moves us all over the US, so I've had plenty of experience with storage facilities, and this one, by far, is the best! Thanks, Gloria! You helped take a lot of the stress out of my move!

I've never had a problem with the security of the place and they are really helpful and caring, but some sections have rodents. There is a lot of gap between stalls by design which I'm not thrilled about so I just try to keep my section well sprayed. Non of these are deal breakers for me, they are my go-to every time.

I store here and I can say the place is clean the staff are helpful and friendly and it is secure the price is right.

I've had storage lockers at several facilities and I have to say, this place is one of the best. The staff is so friendly and so willing to go out of their way to help customers. They listen to any issues and work tirelessly to solve them. The units are clean and easy to access and with the recent gate addition, the lot feels even safer and more secure. I know that not everyone agrees but I've had nothing but positive experiences and I'm very pleased with this business.
