Blue Ginger Pho

Love coming here! Super friendly staff and amazing food. My sister-in-law is vegan, and she has plenty of options to choose from as well. Definitely a favorite in our household.

The Pho here is amazing!!! Broth is tasty and definitely is not over powered by star-anise or other spices. Perfect amount of noodles but would have wanted more meat in the soup. Environment is friendly and staff is attentive.

Visiting my friend in town and we went in to eat some food. Had an interesting experience here honestly.

Staff was nice at the beginning, food came out fast, it’s was good, not the best ever but good for the time.

The young girl taking our order was extremely attentive and would check on everyone in the small restaurant.

The other people operating honestly seemed lost at times and would argue in front of house with each other. Any business establishment should know better to not do that! At the end of our visit the young girl from the beginning was crying and still pushing through to ring guests up.

Be aware of how you treat your staff, regardless of who is watching.

I wouldn’t go back here because of this. The young lady saved the whole experience for us honestly.
