Ladies are always very nice

Historically, blood draws are complicated for me, usually requiring more than one jab to get blood.

Jessica at WestPac (Tehachapi) was the first person in years that has been able to get a draw on the first time. She was so nice and compassionate about my nervousness, which really helped calm me down.

I went to the other lab in town and it was crowded and decided to try WestPac Labs. The ladies were very attentive and professional.

My first time here. No Appointment needed, Walk-ins accepted. Very clean, nice place. The person that was working that day was very friendly and very courteous. GREAT place all in all. I just found my new place for labs!! 👍😎

This lab service is fast, efficient and the staff is professional, friendly and competent. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. There might be times and days that are a lot busier than this, but I would think the Friday before a three day holiday would be fairly busy. It's difficult to find their building and the entrance within the complex of other businesses, and I had to ask someone if they knew where it was. Luckily they knew right away. I'd already walked around the entire complex with no luck. That was my only issue. I would recommend this lab service, easier and cleaner than Quest labs.
