  Staff does a good job and they keep the area very clean. Like most Navy gyms it does not have a lot of redundancy (actual weightlifting equipment) so when it gets slightly busy you need to be flexible with what to use.

  You can't say anything bad about a free gym workout. Really you can't. The equipment is pretty well kept, and the facility isn't half bad at all. Having a buddy help push you to get stronger is always a good thing as well.

  Good, consistent gym. Racquetball courts are clean and well maintained, machines are serviced relatively quickly. 4/5 because there are few rowing machines, and the pool is outdoors & uncovered so hard to use in winter or when sunny, without concerns of burning.
