(April 10, 2021, 8:16 am)Unit was clean and 2 inches above the driveway -- stayed dry through rainy season. Top of unit has a 3 inch wall gap by ceiling that must help with airflow... Office responsive at all times. You must use their lock. Some tenants add a 2nd small lock.
