atmosphere. The membership is a community of people helping each other get into better shape. The workouts are intense but doable. This is my second time coming into this gym consistently (first time for 3 years life intervened and now I've been back for 7 months). Both times I've gotten in much better shape. Martin (the owner) keeps things fresh, constantly mining the fitness world for exercises,drills and techniques to get the members in better and better shape. Make no mistake this is a boxing gym and you will learn how to box . You will be surprised at the physical feats you can accomplish if you work out here. If you want to be in great shape get yourself into Agoura Boxing. -

The classes are awesome, the equipment is great, the staff is super helpful... Can’t say enough about how cool this place is.
