Today is the day my fiancé and I closed on our first home and it couldn't have happened without Diana! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions... I mean, A LOT. From waking up first thing in the morning with what seemed like urgent questions to late into the night and reading about the home buying process, Diana was always quick to respond via text, phone call, or e-mail. I always wondered how she replied so quickly, it's like she doesn't sleep! But I know that just meant she was working hard for us 24/7 and it was reassuring to have answers right away rather than waiting anxiously all day. I've learned that time is of the essence when purchasing a home so having a realtor you can reach at any time is so important!

One of the stand out moments with Diana came when we put the offer on our current home and we made the first time home buyer mistake of only shopping for one lender. The big bank lender we chose pulled the rug from underneath us and increased their mortgage rate at the last minute. We were pretty devastated and felt trapped because we had already put an offer on the home. Diana came through in a huge way by referring her lender (late at night when we were panicking) who was able to meet our deadlines and offer a phenomenal rate--better than what we were originally hoping for!

Lastly, her personality meshed well with the seller's realtor which helped to make communication between seller and buyer seamless and smooth. We truly feel fortunate to have had such a smooth escrow with our first home. It was a bumpy start when we first started our process but that had a lot to do with the volatile housing market and low inventory more than anything.
