    From my experience going through the green card process with my previous employer using another firm, it was literally night and day. William Kiang was both professional and detail-orientated, letting me know the hurdles through every step of the process. Any queries that I may have had were responded to quickly and promptly. Having someone you can trust to navigate through all of the requirements is key.

    William Kiang(姜国栋）was the fifth attorney I worked with and of course was and will be the last one. I left all the previous ones to find a better one. William Kiang is the best. He is very smart, knows his stuff, and the best thing about here which is very rare is honesty. He never gives you fake hope to charge you. He will frankly let you know if he can help you with your case or not. All the previous ones charged me a lot and didn't do anything. I am so sorry that I didn't know William before. Had I hired him from the beginning, I'm sure it made a big difference. I strongly recommend William Kiang to everyone who needs an immigration lawyer

    My whole family got green cards through EB-5 projects, it used to be one of most popular immigration programmes for foreign community. However, due to quota limitation recently and it is becoming harder and harder. What I really like William Kiang(姜国栋)is that he is super picky about EB5 projects and make sure that his clients can get 100% green light. By far all his EB-5 projects located in Texas, and for the reason of great locations and reputable corporate developers.I picked the one with commercial real estate investment because it is related to my business.All my family members as beneficiaries got temporary green cards along with me at year 4 and got official ones after 21 months. It took a bit longer than what I expected, but everything is worthy!

    William Kiang (姜国栋)is a really great lawyer, I dropped by William Kiang's old office at San Gabriel area. I used to apply for L-1 visa but really not sure that my situation was applicable. I went to WIlliam's office because his great reputation in our community. After he listened up my case he gave me really valuable bits of advice, I was convinced to pick him as my attorney.As the result, my case went through and I got L-1visa.How cool it was! Now I am in the process of transferring L-1 to EB1C. Thanks, William Kiang for his excellent legal service!
