A very nice clean and quiet environment. Extremely close to work.
I was very pleased with the speed of the response to my concerns.
The only improvement I can see to this process is to add documentation of what was found and corrected, a checklist if you will.
I looked for a document to let me know work was completed and what steps were taken to correct the issues found.
