Acura of Alhambra

Thank you Acura of Alhambra for hiring amazing people like Ricky and Manny. They made my experience as comfortable and easy as possible and I drove away in the Acura RDX, A-Spec trim of my dreams!

Ricky took me on a couple of test drives to show me the features of the car and to make sure I was comfortable and happy driving it. I’m usually pretty awkward and quiet but Ricky made it so easy to talk while we drove the vehicle around, there were no awkward silences (which is pretty rare with me).

Back at the dealer, Manny kept my mom (who chose to stay behind) company and when Ricky and I got back from our test drive they looked like a couple of best friends chatting over coffee; which was very nice and shows the extent of the great customer service offered.

When it came time to working out the deal, I had an ideal budget I wanted to stick to and Manny worked his magic to make it happen!

Once we finished all the paperwork and the car was washed and fueled up, Ricky took the time to go over all of the features with me and show me how to use the navigation, set up my phone, and basically answered any possible questions I could have about operating the vehicle!

Overall, it was one of the best customer experiences I have had. Everyone was friendly and helpful! If you’re visiting Acura of Alhambra, do yourself a favor and ask for Ricky and Manny, you won’t regret it!!!

I’m glad i found a dealer like Alhambra Acura, specially Rick! He is so kind and will treat you like family and will try to get the best terms possible (thats why i drover 2+ Hrs). He helped us get a deal that I have no idea how he was able to do it, but Rick is the man you want to ask for when shopping for a new Acura. All the personnel was friendly finance manager was really friendly, I do recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for an Acura (and the low star reviews I think they’re trolls from another Acura dealer).

I came here to the service department i dont know how many times but seems like the computers in that department are down more often than not. But the people were very friendly and just as frustrated as i have been going in. Their doing their best and ill definitely give it another chamce

I cannot say enough about Acura of Alhambra previously known as Sierra Acura. I shopped around at a few dealerships and some of the largest ones in Southern California, but no one was able to get me the deal I wanted except this place especially with the such professionalism at the forefront of their service! The entire staff was very hospitable, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sooooooo happy I made the call and visited this place! It exceeded my expectations and more. Rodolfo was very instrumental in helping me with my deal and Richard was just so helpful and knowledgeable to close my deal!
