Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra was recommended by a good friend because my car broke down a few weeks ago and I didn't have the time to take it to a mechanic so I was carpooling with my friend until he got tired and got me their phone number. I have a crazy schedule and they were very accommodating. The guy showed up right on time. He really knew his stuff, and quickly got my car to his truck and dropped it off at the repair shop for a great price. Will keep his number saved just in case!

Returned from vacation to a completely corroded battery cable in the heat of the summer a couple weeks ago and my insurance company set me up with Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra. Not only did the driver, showed up 30 minutes earlier than the time frame I was given, but he was kind, courteous, and friendly. He knew exactly what would be needed for paperwork to tow my car out of the airport parking lot and made a stressful situation easy. I hope I will never need a tow truck again, but if so, I would 100% be calling Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra. The dispatcher was also very friendly and humane, something that seems to be lacking nowadays. Great customer service!

After the great service Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra provided I'm always going to call them first when in need of a tow. Being stranded is frustrating enough but the way some towing companies have no customer service can push you over the edge. That's never the case with these folks . I appreciated that when I called they were really busy and told me they could be there in no less than one hour and they allowed me to make the choice of waiting or calling elsewhere. Since I had terrible experiences with other companies I told them I would wait. They arrived after 45 minutes, witch was great.

I bought a old school bus that needed to have some work done. At first I thought I would be able to drive to the shop but the. I realized it was kind of dangerous so I decided to hire a towing company to do it for me. The guy that helped me over the phone was great help and worked with me to schedule a date and that will work for me. The driver sent me a text to let me know when he was on his way and arrived just on time. He was really caring about the bus and made sure it was properly secured. Then the guy followed me to the shop and left the bus exactly where I told him to. It was an overall great service and experience. Will definitely use again if needed.

The whole experience was great, the office staff was friendly and helpful and the driver was incredible! Very helpful, very very friendly, and the service was super quick. I requested a tow service from Heavy Duty Towing Alhambra and we all know that riding with a stranger can be weird sometimes, but I felt very comfortable riding with him and it wasn’t awkward at all, 100% recommended.
