(May 24, 2020, 5:36 pm)I do boot camp workouts 4-5x's a week and many times I neglect to stretch on my own. I know this isn't something I should do, but that's where Jeremy comes in. After a stretch session with him, he goes deep into the muscles and stretches them out. I notice my mobility is greater and my recovery time after each class gets shorter. Furthermore, it feels like I had a relaxing massage. I usually get really sleepy after a fascial stretch session, but it kills two birds with one stone in that I don't need to get a massage. I highly recommend Jeremy. You can see he has a passion for what he does and he genuinely cares about my needs and wanting to improve my performance.

(May 15, 2020, 4:48 pm)Jeremy saved me. I was unable to sit for long, nor run. I was getting depressed. Chiropractor, acupuncture could not fix. Jeremy had me up and running after 3 sessions. Cannot say enough about how amazing he is!
