I give compliment to Arcadia Body Shop for their top-grade services. My service advisor 'Jack Li' is simply outstanding. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Will mention to friends and will return for next car services.

Excellent work performed, however make sure they respond and acknowledge any communication and do it in writing. They forgot to order parts and other details to perform the insurance claim. I felt like I was always on the phone between the bodyshop and State Farm Insurance.
I would definitely bring my vehicle here for body/paint work as they are accustomed and trusted to refinishing six figure/high dollar makes like Maserati, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes and Advantage Ford recommended them to me for my 2016 F-150 Platinum SuperCrew 4×4

Very professional and friendly staff. Professional work completed on my 2005 Mercedes Benz to make it look like new. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Stopped in to get cosmetic work done on my audi a3 and was helped by Nick. He diagnosed the issue and offered to fix it for free. I highly recomend this place. They have 5 star rating for a reason and now i know why. Great customer service.
