Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel

This is the hotel you need to splurge on for a room. If you get the room with the views the view is gorgeous!

Great hotel with amazing views. Guest services were great. The food at the restaurant was amazing. We loved how comfy the beds were. Overall, great experience

Pros: This was a very nice hotel, clean room, lots of room freebies including bottled water, amazing continental breakfast, real sausage, eggs, 4 types of bagels, bread, cereal, coffee (even had almond milk etc.. golf cart always picked us up from the pickup spot within 10 min, they even did a favor by picking my wife up from casino point. We arrived early in the morning 7am and they allowed my wife to early check in at 8am, that was so nice of them!

Cons: Room size, (room 110) was very small. I would stay there again though.

Things they can improve: Customer service, didn't respond to reply email asking for pickup time after 3 days, it took a second email to get a response. During breakfast there was an employee smoking below us on the lower level (lobby), if you're sensitive to smoke, you may find it difficult.

Overall, i would definitely stay here again! This is a good hotel!

WOW. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had a corner king room on the top floor and the view was out of this world. It was also HUGE. I loved it. The bad: The hotel itself is located on the top of a very large hill. They have complimentary golf cart shuttles to get to town, but sometimes, they're a bit busy picking up folks from the ferry station that you may have to wait a bit for a pickup to avoid the long walk up. They don't have a kitchen/liquor license (yet) so you can't dine on property or order wine to the room. The walls are a bit thin. There is an elevator, but not for the separate part of the hotel so you will have to carry your bags up the steps to get to your room more than likely.

This hotel is on the top of a hill with gorgeous views. The best pillows and toiletries! A wonderful pool and chill spots, ..very private. In room coffee with the incredible views was excellent! Super lovely and a super sweet helpful staff with the ins & outs of the island. They even set up balloons flowers and champagne for our special occasion. We will most definitely be back.
