My wife and I were on the way to a dinner party and fell into a huge hole in the middle of the street. After analyzing the situation for a few minutes we figured there was no way for us to move the car out of the whole and no one nearby to ask for help. We did a quick research online and towing was the closest to our location. They handled the situation like real pros, two guys showed up in just a few minutes from the call and they got the car out of the hole making it seem so easy! Once the car was out they wanted to make sure that it was drivable and it was actually making a terrible noise so they suggested to give us a ride to our dinner and then drop the car off at our house. Pretty good customer service, they went above and beyond for us. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!!!

We had our son's truck break down today and we called Heavy Duty Towing Baldwin Park to come flatbed it to our location. They were very accommodating sending a very nice and helpful man. He put the truck which is lifted already up on the flatbed and dropped it off for us. He worked really hard due to the truck being in a parking lot and the front wheels wouldn't turn. We were amazed at the drivers skill and care in maneuvering both the car and his tow truck. Not only was he an amazing towing technician, but he kept us laughing the whole time with his great sense of humor. They answered within the first couple rings, the guy was super friendly, while still on the phone with him the call dropped and he called me right back. After they sent out the driver and gave me the ETA It came to my mind that It was better to tow the car to a repair shop instead of my house so I called back and they were super easy to reach and was happy to update the towing destination for me. I had a flat tire yesterday and did not had a spare so I called Heavy Duty Towing, they came out ASAP. The price was fair, the help showed up right, the office staff was friendly and easy to work with and overall it feels like trustworthy company. I had to ride along and had a good conversation with the driver, he is very funny and knowledgeable.
