  I am a previous resident of Camden In Russett. The ladies in the office and the gentleman on maintenance really take pride in the community. Your requests are taken care of usually within 24-48 hours, you see the office staff walking around to make sure things are okay on the grounds. Rents are reasonable and increases weren’t bad at all during my stay. The walking path was nice and the pool is always a great addition. I would highly recommend if you are looking in the area.

  Camden Russet is a great place to live. The maintenance team is always available and ready to help. The community manager -Charisma, Is all you want in a community manager. Her leadership skills, relational skills and ability to manage her team is obvious in their results and relationship with residents.
  My experience with Camden was peaceful.
  On the other hand, it seems they are beginning to admit some weed smoking people into the community. So there's that smell of weed in certain buildings.
  Secondly, a number of residents complained about package theft (I chose to use the Amazon locker across the street).
  I also got to know of 3 cars vandalized during my 15-month stay ( all 4 Wheels stolen)
  Overall, you will likely not have maintenance or management issues.
  Abundant parking spaces, nice looking community, great management. My recommendation as regards package theft: install access control entrances to all the buildings and cameras in the especially less open parking areas

  I’ve been a resident and employee at Camden Russett for about 5 years now. I genuinely enjoy working with my team and the amazing residents that I have met. As an employee we are mentored to always deliver living excellence. Being able to see this first hand makes me even more happy to call this home.

  I have live at the Camden Russett since July 2018. The staff are responsive and friendly. The maintenance team are great and completely request timely. I feel safe in this community.

  As an employee and resident I couldn’t ask to work with a better group of individuals. Charisma is absolutely amazing. She cares about her residents and staff members. She is always available to help solve any issues and will go above and beyond help anyone. Fatou and Joy have excellent customer service. Maintenance works hard as take care of any service request in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the community to anyone.

  Pretty good.. I enjoyed every bit of my tacos...yes right inside that store (best tacos ) in the city

  Great burritos and tacos. Definitely a gem amongst the rubble. Definitely would recommend everyone

Cheo's Tacos - El Sereno. Cheo's has been a difficult taco truck to track down. They only do business Thursday through Sunday after 8pm and I'm rarely on the Eastside on the weekend. If it's the weekend you're more likely to find me on the bike path riding from Venice to Redondo working off my taco...
