Encore Wellness Physical Therapy

I received physical therapy here spanning just before the coronavirus outbreak and 4 months into it. The precautions they took to ensure everyone health and safety were phenomenal!

You walk in, stand behind a plexiglass, they take your temperature and give you a wristband okaying you. You sign in, and hand sanitize after. There has been very little, if no wait time, as long as I show up on time for my appointment! They call you in the back and you begin your therapy. If there are others present, they do a great job to manage physical distancing. They clean frequently and between patients.

The therapy itself is very effective. For my issue, the pain didn't necessarily subside, but the stretches and exercises definitely improved my mobility, which helps me be able to walk better and more comfortably. My-Anh was my physical therapist and I just love her! Even though it's not part of her job, she always remembered what I'd mention about my family and she'd ask how they were doing. She is an overall wonderful caregiver!
