(December 22, 2016, 4:26 pm)I just picked up my engraved piece one day earlier than it was promised. I have zero complaints about this place. The guy who assisted me was great; he knew exactly how to handle the wood piece I was having engraved. I thought the price was very reasonable, considering they did laser engraving. I will be back here again :)
