Customer Service Rep Michael, answered every single question I had and if he didn’t know the answers to my questions then he found out and got back to me. He was patient with me and put me in a brand spanking new 2024 EV in the color that I wanted! Thank you so much to the Drive Sally Team I really appreciate you.

Great rental company! You have the flexibility to work on multiple Rideshare and Gig platforms. Driving a new and modern car around Los Angeles is always a plus. Also, the staff does an excellent job of communication regarding the vehicle maintenance schedule and payment. Sally has given me one of the best rental experiences thus far!
