Don’t let his handsome good looks and charm put you off! :) Not only is Jeff highly skilled, immensely knowledgeable and very passionate about everything that he approaches, his super power is that he is able to immediately identify his clients needs and then tailor a personal routine and program that will not only help fix any current body issues or challenges that you might have, but working with him will set you up for a healthier and more fulfilled future and life. Jeff is that rare mix of talent, great humor, professionalism and care and I count myself supremely lucky to have found someone that is so dedicated to his craft. I started working with Jeff in September 2019 and it has completely changed my life and my body. I'd spent so much time chasing a number on the scale and struggling to truly find something that worked for me. When I first met with Jeff, I told him my goal was overall health and that is exactly what I was able to achieve. I see him once a week (although I wish I could go more often) and he provides me with a great home workout routine that I do between those visits. He targets weaker areas to balance the body and gives incredible diet advice to push me toward my goals. He also stretches me out at the end of each session to avoid soreness and works on any trouble areas.

In one year, I've been able to stop focusing on the number on the scale and start focusing on how I felt and looked and how my clothes fit me. It's brought me so much self-confidence and completely changed my outlook on fitness and dieting. I feel so much stronger overall and have been able to change the shape of my body - something I thought was nearly impossible.

Also, Jeff doesn't believe in or support fad dieting and helped me dispel those nasty social media rumors and old wives' tales that can get stuck in your head. He also helped direct me to a meal service that keeps me satisfied and eating healthy. Truly a godsend!

Lastly, he's always available for his clients. I often text him for advice when I feel like I'm hitting a wall or if I'm suddenly sore in a weird spot or if I should be eating something or not - and he always gets back to me with great advice. He's an all-around sweet and supportive guy with a great attitude. Highly recommend!
