  Stopped in three times over the course of about 4 weeks with the last time purchasing three different types of flooring for our bathroom remodel. Always very friendly and we never felt pressured. And their prices were very good. Would go back in the future for any type of flooring, except carpeting which I don't think they carry.

  We had been to several big box stores and a few smaller ones searching for the best wood alternative floors for the best possible price. Feeling frustrated and discouraged, one day we luckily stumbled upon LA Floor Center. As soon as we walked in Artin was very attentive and helpful but not pushy in any way. He was so patient with us as we did not really know exactly what we wanted yet. With their huge selection of products we knew we had found the right place. Artin was very knowledgeable about all the different flooring they have. Hardwood to laminates, vinyl and tile, and the quality surpassed anything we had seen. Also what was really important to us was they had a good selection of flooring that has the Green Guard Certification for low chemical emissions.
  
  We went in several times before deciding on what we wanted. Again, Artin was extremely patient and helpful. Even when I showed up with a sofa cushion, kitchen door and paint samples to match the flooring to the renovations we were doing. He laid everything out on the floor for us, allowed us to take pictures and never pressured us to make a decision. Once we finally decided on a vinyl floor by Eternity Flooring we placed our order. They also have a great selection of moldings which we also ordered through them.
  
  During our selection process Baub came to take measurements and assess our base flooring to make sure the vinyl would work with the slope on our floor. He was very thorough and answered all our questions.
  
  Because we had some issues with the kitchen install we had to put a hold on the floor install. Artin and Baub did not have a problem with holding our flooring in their warehouse until we were ready! Their installers, George and Art, were fast, accurate and professional. Whenever there were tricky areas they would always ask how we wanted it handled first, instead of proceeding and then having to fix things later. Even with a small language barrier we worked everything out without any issues. A big concern with the floor install was laying the planks at random. We did not want a noticeable pattern because that tends to make the vinyl look fake and manufactured. They did a very satisfactory job with this and again, would check with us periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress.
  
  We are so thrilled with the quality and look of the floors! If I didn't know they were vinyl, I would think they were beautiful solid wood floors! We highly recommend LA Floor Center. Excellent customer service, extremely helpful staff and great quality for a reasonable price.

  Great Place! Artin, the owner, knows what he is doing and went above and beyond in assisting my needs. Not only the service was great and fast, the price was also fair. He took the time to educate me and from there it was easy for my make my decision. A friend recommended me to him, and I am passing this on.
