    Charlotte and Mark gave my mother and I a spectacular Birthday Experience!!! Truly making my mother's "24" Birthday a Fun, Humorous, and Unforgettable moment! We are extremely grateful to have been assisted by such an amazing staff: allowing us to make Polacheck's very first TikTok! Creating the TikTok gave everyone lots of smiles and uncontrollable amounts of laughter.     I had a screw come loose out of my watch bracelet today and came in to have it repaired. I was greeted immediately by Robert Bookatz; very friendly and courteous. He had it fixed and back on my wrist in a couple of minutes; the best part of all is he did not even charge me anything for it. We talked a little about watches and I am looking forward to purchasing my next Rolex from him.
