  I love this place so much!!! There are so many trainers who have different styles and all of their classes are great. This is a friendly environment with great energy from the people in the classes.

  The most beautiful studio I’ve seen! Nabil greeted my sister and I at the door when we walked in. He showed us around and helped us with our bikes and shoes.
  Free shoe rentals, first come first serve to pick your bike when you arrive, air conditioned room that stayed cool during the class but definitely dripped a sweat.
  The music wasn’t as loud as I like, but I prefer it blasting in class. I also like it a bit darker than it was. I like the music based, beat based classes over this one that focus’s on RPM’s and the gear#.
  Overall whatever your spin class preference is, it was a great workout, with brand new equipment, cleanest studio, and friendliest staff!!

  This place is honestly the best cycling studio I’ve been to. Super clean with new and advanced bikes. I love it because they offer a variety of classes and each and every one of them are challenging. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and want to see you succeed! Love that they have deodorant and bathroom needs in case you leave the house in a rush! They also offer mints and towels to keep you fresh too...it’s the little touches here that make you actually want to come and work out...the owners are friendly and welcoming too ;)

  DIG Cycle and Strength, check it out! Great instructors, awesome music, and the bikes are excellent! Just did my first strength class and loved the challenge. It's a very personal atmosphere and they are very knowledgeable about how to maximize your workout!
