Excellent job, the guys were professional, fast and efficient. We’ve had the unit for 2 days and can’t believe how quiet it is. House heated up pretty fast and it got so warm we had to turn settings lower compared to old unit. Thank you Rowland and Thank you Costco for the promotion and savings ????????. Can’t wait to get our gas and electric bills.

Technician Rick was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well as to what the issue was involving the heating system. I definitely felt comfortable and confident that i not being sold or shafted in any type of way. I highly recommend Roland A/C and heating.

Thomas did a great job! He was polite and asked good questions to learn more about the problem. He figured out what was wrong quickly and gave me a cost estimate. He replaced one part (pilot light) and cleaned another (flame sensor) and tested the furnace three times to make sure it would work.

Office staff was very professional when i called to make an appointment. Several date/time reminders were sent so as not to forget. Christopher arrived early in the promised window and was very thorough and professional in his approach. He assessed need, explained alternatives in detail allowing an informed decision.

In all, a very good experience. Would recommend Rowland and Christopher

The unit was installed yesterday. The installers ( Lucas, Brian and Curtis ) arrived early in the promised window, reviewed all of the equipment and explained the installation sequence. Tarps were laid down to keep the pathway clean. Installation was performed quickly and all areas were cleaned up at completion. Everything installed was reviewed and explained.

In all, this transaction was handled very professionally. Would certainly recommend Rowland highly based on all aspects of the transaction.
