There aren't words in the dictionary to describe the compassion and empathy that Peaceful Pet Services showed us. From the intial inquiry phone call to the final transition, we felt safe and heard. They made one of the hardest things we've had to do as family go smoothly and peacefully. We recommend them with a 1,000% confidence!

Having to say goodbye to our dog, Freddie, was the hardest thing I ever had to do. Dr. Yamamoto and her assistant were so sweet and comforting as we said goodbye to my boy. They let us keep some of his fur as a goodbye keepsake. After his passing they let us have all the time we needed for final goodbyes and we’re so respectful and gentle with his body. They wrote us the most thoughtful and heartfelt letter that came a few days later with all the little details about Freddie in the short time they were there. It meant a lot that they opened their hearts and really listened to us as we mourned and said goodbye. They were also so accommodating with the return of our boy’s ashes. I didn’t want my boy to pass on a cold table so having this service from Dr. Yamamoto made all the difference in the world. I truly don’t know how they do it and absorb all of the sadness, but we are grateful they were there.

Dr Yamamoto I can't say enough wonderful things about you. Her glowing positive presence makes a hard time a little more bearable. She was more than willing to answer questions and explain the aquamation process to me. The respect she gives to loved ones is much appreciated. Thank you

I do not have words to express how I feel about Dr. Yamamoto and Sunnie. They are the most wonderful, compassionate people I have ever met. They made a nightmare situation end in a way that I can't explain. They helped me in a desperate time of need and I will never be able to thank them enough.
