Kind, caring and a very well trained staff and management is what you'll get. The only ones that seem to complain are people who had to wait , can you believe that? Someone had to wait because patient needing more urgent care got to go before them. Time to wake up and see this place for what it is, a true blessing. If you get Dr. Dixon, you are on for a treat.
