(May 7, 2020, 9:11 pm)I was originally very upset with the brand but the company called me and walked me through the ENTIRE set up - it was actually the owner who ended up helping me. I have a Toto toilet for years and this one is absolutely amazing and it’s 1/4 of the price. I am so amazed by how well their customer service was and how amazing their toilet is. Can’t wait to order more.
