My husband did a lot of research before deciding on iBUYPOWER for our new computer. The website itself was SO user friendly and easy to custom build the perfect laptop for us. The computer was was built much more quickly that we had thought. Additionally, iBUYPOWER sent texts and emails at every stage so we were completely updated. We knew exactly when it was going to be ready and delivered, and it was faster than we anticipated. Excellent customer service! So far, we love the laptop. It has had zero issues! We will definitely shop at iBUYPOWER again in the future.

I am so satisfied. Very easy to set up and has more then enough speed for the the simulators I use. I would recommend getting this computer. For the price I feel it was worth it. I would recommend getting a new monitor that can handle the speed of the graphics card. I did and the display was extremely improved.
As I told customer support the only thing I would recommend was to include a better keyboard. They advise me that they were already thinking of discontinuing that keyboard for a better one. GREAT PC! It has websites and things you need to install with easy access already. Quick set up and reliable. Has great bones to start out with. Obviously you can upgrade later but if your overwhelmed with everything out there and don't know what to get on a build your own PC.

Bought my first gaming PC and it works great! Installation was fast and easy, also looks so so nice with the colored lights. Runs very smoothly and haven't had any issues as of yet. The mouse/keyboard that comes with it works nice as well. Very happy with this purchase. Will recommend this to friends and family :)

I bought the BB980 from Best Buy and WOW! Value for the money is awesome!! I upgraded the RAM shortly after purchasing, but that's a cheap upgrade :) This machine flies! It's really fast, looks super cool and has a pretty good graphics card. Will probably upgrade the card in the future when the 3000 series cards get cheaper, but it's absolutely great for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 which is what I have been playing on it mostly. 4 Monitor Outputs on the card (I'm only using 2). The keyboard and mouse are cool looking, though not the best I've ever used. Still, not bad for being included with the machine. Highly recommend.
