I randomly bought one of their monitor online 3 years ago, because I didn't have much of budget for a monitor at that time. it's still working. I'm a heavy computer user for both work and gaming, the price and the reliability, I have no point to take a single star off.
Although I wish you guys produce some more advance monitors like Samsung, Asus or Alienware kind of 4K 144hz gaming, or even WQHD ultra wide screen. I know you guys are trying to keep the price low to support low budget customers, but... for whatever keep up the good work! -

(January 5, 2019, 12:15 am)Highly recommend, got a 4k monitor from them and love it. Customer service is really good as well. I threw away my vesa mounts thinking I wouldn't need them and they sent me a new pair for free.

(April 24, 2018, 4:37 pm)I love this company and their products! I've purchased multiple tv's for my home. They all have beautiful pictures and have gone the distance. My oldest TV is almost 10 yrs old and still works perfectly. I have 2 sound bars that I love also. Customer service and tech support are professional and efficient whenever I've needed them, which hasn't been often.
