  Trainers work around your schedule, good motivators, teach you proper techniques. Highly recommend them I got great results.

  PH has completely changed my life!!! I joined PH about a month and two weeks ago and that was the best thing I ever did (like where have you guys been all my life)? I must say I was a bit skeptical... because I had a bad experience prior to PH. However, these guys proved me wrong!!! (Cory, Brandon, Jake, Aaron) are all amazing, they each bring there own ???????????????? to PH ❤️. Here, you are treated like family, they brighten your day and make it enjoyable while we work out ???????? (can't beat that).
  
  I recently started personal training with Cory (he's amazing) but then again, they all are. I am absolutely loving my results. If you guys are looking to loose/ tone this is the place!!!!!!!! I've lost so many inches and about 11 lbs . Can't wait to see my final results. Please give these guys a try ( they have 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for a reason!!!)They will take care of you ❤️❤️❤️.   I discovered powerhouse driving past the building one day and saw them doing drills outside. I checked it out and really liked how friendly everyone was. They offer a variety of classes at different times to accommodate any schedule. Aaron, Brandon, Cory and Jake are great trainers that will motivate you to reach your goals. Everyday they switch up the routines so you're not doing the same boring routine every class. It keeps you interested and always give you a full body workout. They offer nutritional support as well. If you're looking to make a change in your physical activity, health and wellness, this is the place for you. You have nothing to loose.

  I've been coming to power house for a month now and I am happy with my decision on signing up. The trainers are awesome and they know what they're doing. I needed someone to push me and these guys push you to become better. You're really going to sweat your butt of when you workout here. It's a clean environment, the people are awesome.

  First off I want to say this is the best decision I have ever done for myself. I've never felt so alive, so motivated, so healthy, and so driven to start a life changing path of physical fitness. I could never find that motivation, that "nitch" when it came to physical activities that kept me going I would often get bored and give up. I can honestly say 100% I have now found my focus and it is with Aaron, Brandon, Cory, and Jacob at Powerhouse! They continually motivate me with the no "man left behind" and "you can do it!" factors. I needed that push and they have helped me believe in myself that yes I can do it! They have the passion that reflects in all their trainings that they do what they truly love! I am a full time student and work full time and it was always challenging to find my motivation until I came here by referral and I am thankful I decided to commit to myself! Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to us! I am truly grateful! Powerhouse!!!
