(August 3, 2022, 12:21 am)Great place to workout if you come at the right time. It can get pretty packed at peak hours which can be irritating. Facilities seem really clean and well maintained. Staff always seems friendly and helpful.

(July 5, 2021, 2:08 pm)For the price it can't be beat. But it's mainly a cardio gym. Half the weight machines aren't here. Some rules about working out like men do. It's a great starter gym and gym for women. I say this without any contempt.
