  I had gotten my grandmothers home after she passed and I didn’t think I would get anything out of it. After speaking with Carmen, we put the home on the market, and it sold so quickly! I couldn’t believe I was going to let the house go. She was knowledgeable, professional and she negotiated when she needed to. She has great communication, and went to the home when I couldn’t, she went above and beyond. She got it sold for above asking price! I’m beyond happy with choosing Carmen and you will too. I can’t wait to purchase a home for myself and use her as a realtor again! Thank you Carmen!!

  Carmen has been most helpful with my families house buying needs. She was able to thoroughly communicate with them as they were spanish speakers. They were never pushed to buy something they were able to afford, they were always being listened to with Carmen, she treated my family like her family. That is were it really counts when you are working with any real estate agent, but I definitely prefer to work with Carmen. I am very happy to say that my family loves their home, I do not live with anymore :( but I certainly wish I did because they got a beautiful home! Thank you Carmen for all your hard work and I wish you the best moving forward!   Well over due review. Carmen helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home 2 years ago, and most recent helped refinance for a lower interest rate. We did start the process with another lender but I didn't like that he wasn't Carmen. I was used to her walking us through every step. She is very informative and if she does not know something she will find out for you, some will just try to get a sale and look out for themselves but not Carmen she looks out for whats best for you and is not pushy. She is the best and can't find myself going to someone else. She is great and will not let you down.

  Carmen helped us get through the loopholes of homeownership and helped us qualify for more than we thought we could! She made the whole process seamless and informed us along the way how the market looked, the competition, and was never pushy. She made sure that we were okay with price and contingencies, and negotiated strongly for every home we put an offer on. Never did we believe we would become homeowners at such a young age, with such a beautiful home to wake up to everyday!!! Carmen made it happen for us and our children! She has connections and will get you in a home that you’ll love! Patience is key! Just make sure your ducks are in a row too, and she will work her hardest to make your dream home your reality ❤️

  If you're planning on buying a home or selling your home Carmen Enriquez is the realtor you need to call! She recently helped my parents sell their home and purchased a new home. She was very patient and helpful throughout the both selling and the buying process. I can definitely say she is passionate about her career!!!!
