Possibly the best sandwich in Los Angeles. One of the only good authentic Mexican restaurants in West LA. Tastes just like I’m in Guadalajara
Fantastic. Excelente!!! The Cubano is authentic. The Churros super delicious. Definitely worth going for lunch. Lots of other options as well. I am a big fan for months now.
It was my first time there and I was really impressed! The Ropa Vieja sandwich was so juicy and delicious, and the bread had the perfect level of crunchiness! We also ordered churros with homemade dulce de leche, SO good! The woman who served was very sweet and nice. I’m definitely going back!
Small owned restaurant, with nice customer service.
Pricing is about perfect in my opinion! You are paying paying a really good meal. I have eaten here twice now, and both times have met my expectations.
Food is really favorable, the hot sauce is perfect.( I love hot sauce) pork is cooked really well.. there's nothing that can go wrong honestly! Anytime I'm in the area, I'm definitely eating.. I ate the Torta Ahogada
I found this place while driving home one day. This restaurant serves some delish tortas ahogadas (drowned sandwich). This is a typical food from Guadalajara Mexico, this is where my wife is from. So its a treat to have from time to time.
Pros; reasonable price, delish piernas lonches or panela (pork and cheese)
Con; the parking can be very hard so you might have to park down the street and walk a little distant.
Give it a try and they also serve beer and wine as well.
