I was able to cure my insomnia with their acupuncture treatments and equally the Chinese medicine they prescribed me. I was also able to learn about fascinating things in my body that were effecting me and about my energy type as well. - I first started as a participant as a class subject in the school. And then I went on to have Lauren as my practitioner. It was all a wonderful experience. I’m not in Asheville any longer but I wish I could still go to the clinic!

While I had a bit of a ‘hiccup’ with the front desk staff on my first visit, my experience with the students and actually getting treatments has been Absolutely fabulous. This is a learning environment so keep in mind that patience and understanding can be required from all parties 🥰 but I’ve loved the process and the benefits are undeniable. I couldn’t be happier with the Students, teachers, treatments, and results

She is a mindfulness-based therapist, who does wonders for individuals under stress. In addition, if you are struggling with social anxiety or academic stress Antonia has great strategies to help.

Lost her phone number in a change of phones but while I'm here I might as well leave a review. I have kaiser insurance and anyone who knows kaiser k owns their system is broken. So I asked kaiser for an outside provider. It took me at least four different therapists before I found someone perfect for me. Antonia is very personable, attentive, she processes with you and even the first call when SHE called me because kaiser set me up with her she asked "what do you want to get out of therapy with me". To me that is so important. Antonia cares and she wants to see you progress in the healing process. Thank you Antonia!
