  We stopped by for the Ruby's Birthday Celebration about noon today. Brenda was doing great at getting people in, seated & taking their orders plus answering the new managers questions!! We think Brenda was the best!!! Oh also the burgers, fries & shakes were great too!

  Great tasting food. Service could be a bit better. Overall I'd come back to try other things on the menu. Quick note, be careful ordering kids beverage. Other places are cheaper and display the price. This location doesn't display it and won't tell you until after you get your bill. The only reason this isn't five stars is due to the lack of communication and explanation. Anyway, the food is delicious and the restaurant is nice and clean. A good choice for dates.

  First time going to a Ruby's diner. The decor was cute, 50s style like Johnny Rockets. Food was good, fresh. Drinks were tasty - adding flavors to stock soda is wonderful. Service was good, though a tad bit slow. Will likely return the next time we visit the nearby Cinemark theatre.
