(January 23, 2018, 7:12 pm)I’ve been personal training with Cesar at TFL for almost a year. Cesar is very knowledgeable in fitness and diet. I’ve gained strength and flexibility at a faster rate than a previous gym since training at TFL. Cesar is able to dynamically customizes my workout routines to force me to my limits to get the best results. The reason I continue to train at TFL is the results I’m getting in strength, flexibility, and appearance.
