I cannot even begin to explain how amazing my experience has been with Cynthia. It took me a while to find a therapist that was best suited for me and she hit all the marks. I have been going with her for about 8 months now and its been worth it in my healing journey. She provides amazing support and is responsive whenever you need any emergency sessions. I recommend coming to her and starting your journey to becoming a better you!

Highly recommend- As this is a sensitive/personal topic I wouldn't write a review, however I have suffered from depression and anxiety for many years now. I wanted to share how wonderful of an experience I've had with my therapist, Mrs. Martinez, so that others can reach out to a mental health therapist and hope you can get connected with a good therapist like Mrs. Martinez.

We work on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, amongst many other things, which was foreign to me but can make a great difference. I wont go into to depth of what works for me, as everyone is different but I hope my review helps someone reach out to a great therapist to help them with whatever struggles they are having.

I typically do not write reviews, and have been debating writing a review for some time; that being said I came across a bad review to Ms. Martinez and it is not at all what my experience has been.

To start off I called dozens of places even out of my county to find a therapist and had no success. I found Ms. Martinez on Psychology today and called, she called me back and stated she had limited spaces but was able to see me if I could take one of her open slots. I agreed she sent me the paper work, which is uber easy to fill out, I filled them out and she scheduled me an appointment.

BEST Decision I ever made, as I have struggled with my own demons and proper coping skills for years. Of course I still struggle here and there but seeing a GOOD therapist that gives you the proper guidance and really listens, makes the biggest of differences.

Highly recommend, if you or someone close to you needs help with mental health.

My husband and I went for couples therapy. Cynthia was very professional and sweet. She gave us the tools we needed to save our marriage. I recommend going here!
