The retail manager Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped us get everything set up in a timely manner and Metro refused to release my iPhone to T-Mobile. It was a whole mess. She stayed calm not aggravated and provided amazing customer service! After we tried numerous things to get my phone unlocked with metro stating it was unlocked and ready to go it still didn’t work. So she helped us find a phone we could afford and waived the activation fee because I had already paid to have my phone activated and it wasn’t working!
Overall she provided outstanding customer service! I would recommend this store specially to anyone because of Jennifer! We are so grateful that we were able to be helped by someone who was so patient and knew exactly how to do their job!
