BEST Chinese doctor. He is very knowledgeable. You don't need to tell him much, you just show him your palms and he can tell you what's the problem. He's also specialize in women health. I have known him and gone to him for over 20 years. His clinic always full, make sure you call to make appointment first.
Dr.Tsai is the best doctor in Chinese medicine! We are fortunate to have his practice in East LA. 👍
