  Jason is the best personal trainer in Los Angeles, PERIOD! He is very educated and understands the science behind your body in order to provide realistic results. Jason is 100 % committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. Aside from being educated in health and Fitness, Jason is extremely positive with an upbeat personality. There is no trainer in Los angeles like him. His positive energy and great spirit is contagious! If you're really serious about achieving your fitness goals, I suggest you schedule an orientation to see Jason, ASAP. There is no better investment than yourself. And no other brand you would want to be apart of other than ESTRADA FITNESS. I am very fortunate to have Jason as my personal trainer. I don’t usually write reviews, but when you come across a small business like Estrada Fitness, it’s important to share experiences and authentic feedback.

  The head trainer Jason Estrada is absolutely fantastic! His educational background as well as his hunger to constantly learn more about his craft means that you are guaranteed to be working with the best! That is what he is, THE BEST! I started with him with a chronic hip injury and not only did he help rehab my hip, he was able to get me back into top condition allowing me to compete at the elite level. I am lucky to have found him! I refer ALL of my teammates, training partners, family, and friends to him regardless of their current athletic ability.
