    I am very happy to fully endorse the commercial real estate agent services of Nico Rosmarin.

    I was first introduced to Nico by my mother in 2017. My 83 year old mother needed someone to help her transfer the proceeds of a sale of a multi-family apartment complex that she had in Inglewood, California, into a triple net lease commercial property in order to provide her a source of long term retirement income. She knew this 1031 exchange into a triple net Dollar General commercial property in Tulsa, Oklahoma was going to be complicated and, therefore, she knew she would need a lot of help from an understanding, sympathetic, commercial real estate broker with significant experience. As it turned out, she was very lucky to have found Nico to help her.

    Consistently throughout the many months that it took my mother to complete her 1031 exchange, I would check up my mother to see how the exchange was going. During every one of these phone calls, Nico's name would come up and every time she had something nice to say about Nico. She was always so impressed with the incredible patience and calm demeanor he had while answering every single one of her many, many questions. She had so many questions because she had never done a 1031 exchange ever before and she had never owned an out of state commercial property with a triple net lease. Time and time again my mother told me that Nico was instrumental in helping understand and properly execute every step of the 1031 exchange process. She praised Nico so many times that even though I had never personally met Nico, I knew that Nico would be the one I would turn to should I ever need the services of a 1031 exchange or commercial real estate professional.

    Two years after the completion of my mother's 1031 exchange, my mother passed away. Suddenly, I became the Administrator of my mother's estate. When it came time to liquidate the Dollar General commercial property in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the benefit of her estate, as estate administrator, I immediately enlisted Nico to be my Sellers Agent.

    I was consistently impressed with the patience, understanding, professionalism and knowledge that Nico had in my almost daily dealings with him during the entire sales process. He took the time to answer all my questions and proved to be an extremely knowledgeable consultant in helping me decide which purchase offers to reject and which one to accept. All aspects of the sales process were honestly and openly explained by Nico making it as easy as possible for me to successfully complete the sale.

    Since that sale, I have enthusiastically introduced Nico to other real estate investor friends that have expressed a desire to do a 1031 exchange into triple net commercial properties. Should I ever decide to do a 1031 exchange myself, Nico will always be the one that I will rely on to help me every step of the way.
