  I was caught in a jam on a ride. I searched for bike shops in the area as the sun was starting to go down and the thought of having to call a Lyft to pick me and my broken bike up was unsettling to say the least. It was about 15min till close and I spoke with the owner and told him about my situation, he assured me not to worry that they wouldn’t close and would help me out of a jam. Not only did they fix up what was broken he also didn’t charge me. For good karma I threw him a $20 anyways. Good customer service.

  Immediate top notch knowledgable direct service was my experience.. This is more of a working rememdy shop then a showroom & I could'nt be happier from my first time experience. I also appreciated the eye contact.

  Discovered this local shop just recently and took my Giant ebike built by Luna Cycle in for a full tune up. After 800 miles and 4 years, my ebike was overdue for servicing. Armen the owner is very hard working and a perfectionist who really cares about his work. The shop is super organized and Armen sent me MMS text updates with detailed pics showing the exact work he was doing. Without a doubt, his shop deserves a 5-star review and I will be a loyal customer. The rate for all the service he did was totally reasonable and my ebike is now better than new. Armen had the entire ebike stripped down and was returned to me in impeccable condition. This local shop is a gem and conveniently located in the heart of Glendale by City Hall.

  Armen was thorough and followed through on his promise to have my bike done when he said he would. However, he ran into some original component failures while he was bleeding and installing new disc brake pads for my hydraulic brakes but remembered that he had a similar component that he could swap in that worked. Very thorough, smart work. My bike got more of an inspection than I was expecting. Great value.
